1. Print

Print out Hector's Map.pdf

3. Rip

Carefully rip and tear away all the straight edges of the map. This will help make it look old

2. Color

Lightly color the map using colored pencils or crayons

4. Wrinkle

Wrinkle up the map and then flatten it out again. This will help it look worn.

5. Shade

Using brown or tan colors, lightly shade in all the ripped edges of the map and all the wrinkles. It works best to use the side of the crayon or colored pencil for shading.

Now you have an old map just like Hector’s . . . remember to use it wisely!
